This policy explains what information iTradeLOG collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. iTradeLOG is operated by [BUSINESS NAME] ("we", "us").
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, preferred language, and login credentials (passwords are stored only in hashed form).
- Connected trading accounts: when you connect TradeLocker, we receive your trade history, balances, account numbers and server names. Your TradeLocker password is used once to obtain an access token and is not stored. Access tokens are stored encrypted.
- Content you add: trade notes, tags and settings such as prop-firm limits, time zone and display preferences.
- Billing details: payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. We receive your Stripe customer ID, subscription status and payment history (for example, dates and amounts).
- Technical information: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and error reports, used to keep the Service secure and working.
How we use it
- To provide the Service: import your trades, build your journal, calculate statistics and show insights.
- To manage your subscription and send service emails, such as email verification, receipts and important account notices.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To improve iTradeLOG, using aggregated information that doesn't identify you.
We don't use your trade data for advertising, and we don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run iTradeLOG, under contracts that limit how they can use it:
- Stripe for payments and billing;

- TradeLocker, to the extent needed to read data from the accounts you connect.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect people's safety or our legal rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business (in which case this policy will continue to apply).
Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed for the Service to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your language. We don't use advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information and trade data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons, such as payment records.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data, limit access to people who need it, and use established providers for payments and authentication. No system is perfectly secure, so we'll notify you if a breach affects your information, as required by law.
Your choices and rights
- Disconnect a trading account or change your settings at any time in the app.
- Ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing support@i-tradelog.com.
- Depending on where you live (for example, the EU, UK, Brazil or California), you may have additional rights, such as objecting to certain processing or complaining to a data protection authority. We'll respond to requests within the time the law requires.
Where the law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on performing our contract with you (providing the Service), our legitimate interests (security and improvement), legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it.
International users
iTradeLOG is operated from the United States, and your information may be processed there or in other countries where our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Children
iTradeLOG is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll notify you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
